Tim Nye went into the Iredell County Faigrounds race with a 9 point lead over Brad Buskirk. Nye however would struggle throughout the race, (at one point he even pulled off to change tires under a caution) his night went from bad to worse as his clutch gear would break half way thourgh the race. "It sucks but its part of it this should make the points interesting."
